All things red -- April 24, 2010

Jill's magnum opus - color themed red.  Will leave the write up to miss Henry herself.. and when I remember what exactly it was that I contributed, I will post the recipe.  Promise.

  1. The main course consisted mainly of red meat and lots of red wine, mixed in with some red hot love for Julia Child :)

    Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignonne recipe, from Mastering the Art of French Cooking, can be found below. I would highly recommend making the onions as well, but be prepared for some serious time spent standing in front of your stove.

    It will be worth every single second.
